FACareers is the first and only dedicated financial and advisory careers portal in South
Africa. We have secured the leading e-recruitment software available in South Africa and
together with one of the top CRM software we have added a new dimension to
communication. Our strategy included taking the candidates directly to the decision makers
of the companies, avoiding the middle man and unnecessary commissions to provide a
service that is free of charge to job seekers, cost effective to employers, and ultimately
allow for a greater quality of candidates to make contact with the employers of choice.

The process
Our software is easy manageable, training is provided on request, and processing and sourcing of candidates have never been easier. We pay special focus on customer relations and our software allows for timeouts interaction, essential communication and direct delivery to employers and candidates alike.

Communication
We have implemented our weekly careers mailer and our subscriber total has increased to over 30 000 in the last year. We have partnered with leading tertiary institutions to ensure our employers communicate with the highest quality of candidates throughout the financial and advisory industry using a single web platform.
